Waa, it has almost been a month that I haven't update my blog. Don't know have I mentioned about this before, I am currently doing my 8 weeks summer placement with Boots in Oxford. This week is the second week, and I am almost dead~ It is a really tiring job! I'm still thinking whether Pharmacist job would be suitable for me in the future.
40 hours per week, which mean it is 8 hours a day, from 9am to 6pm, and have an hour lunch break in between. I wonder why a big company pharmacy doesn't have a single chair in store for us to sit down, i have to stand all day long everyday!!! Arghhh ... and my leg is so so so pain everyday I'm off from work.!
After all, this would be a very best time to experience how's a pharmacist's life in real world. It is a tough job, tougher than what I've ever thought of. Sometimes I really wonder can I handle this tough job? How if I made mistake? A pharmacist is not allow to make mistake, a minor mistake that a pharmacist done could have kill someone. I am scared!
I've learnt alot in this one and a half week, although it's tiring but I do enjoy myself sometimes, especially when I can do recommendation and counseling patients by myself. I'd gave a customer advice on Migraleve tablets (treat migraine), and told her everything about the tablet, she seems really happy with my advice and non-stop thanks me for advising her on the tablets. I feel so happy after that!!
There's too much things that happened in store that I wish I could note down every single happy exciting moment in store, all mainly about someone praised me after I served them well, but I am so tired everyday after work, will try to do that when I'm in the mood ya.
