ArrGhssSshh...
Gohss...! I've totally forgot about my library books that need to be renewed since 25th of April (Monday). It's already overdued for almost one week.! Oh God, what a silly girl I am? Guess how much I've been fined for all those books? I got 8 books all together that didn't renew on time. I've been fined for £7.75 for all those books. It is not worth at all to pay for this overdued, with that amount, I can go for Burger King's meal twice already, so sad..!

This building looks familiar right? It is almost the same as the one we have it in Genting. This is a real famous monument in Paris, but I can't remember the name.

Moulin Rouge. This is also one of the famous and traditional show in Paris. The ticket for the show + champange cost us 87euro each. Quite expensive but worth to watch it.

21st Birthday
First of all, I want to take this opportunity to all my friends and family who have made the effort to send me a sweet bithday wish. I love you all. Thank you very much.
Darlinn, thank you for everything you did to make my 21st birthday a memorable in Paris. Although we didn't have a proper celebration there but I'm still so happy, especially we can celebrate it together in Disneyland, my dream world.
Sis, thanks for the birthday cake, I was so surprised to see the cake, although it is a bit small in size, but I understand that we can get a delicious plus full size cake in UK, hehe. Of course I won't forget to mention that the cake is super delicious and I like the singing candle very much too. Oh ya, for the rest of you who read my blog, this is a chocolate cake, made from 100% chocolate I guess.
San, Laine and Fang, Thanks for sending me a text message with all the sweet wishes. Love you all so much.
Jenny and Sherlinn, thanks for the birthday card. I love them so much.
AiLing, Thanks for the card and the present as well. Yeah, I love the present so much. Will try it on later. Really surprise to receive such a nice present. Hehe.
Yenny and Suyen, Thanks for the email you gurls sent to me. Thanks you.
Liet, Swing, Wei, Thanks for leaving me a message in my chat box. I love you all too.
For all those who leave me a message or send me a testi through Friendster, Thank you very much to all of you, I will try to reply you guys as soon as possible. Thanks.
For those I've left out from the list, sorry about it and thank you very much for all the wishes.
I am so glad that all of you still remember my birthday. Love you all. I am 21 years old now, a big girl now, I promise that I will take care of myself well and take up all the responsibility that I suppose to. Again, thank you to everyone who remember my birthday.
Here's the photo I took with my sis and darlinn after I've reached Glasgow.

Stirling, Scotland
Went to Stirling for a day trip with my darlinn this morning at 11am from Glasgow. Stirling is a small city, alot smaller than Cardiff but it has the most historical properties in Scotland. Visited Stirling Old Town Jail, Stirling Castle, National Wallace Monument, Erskine Marykirk, Church of the Holy Rude, Stirling Old Bridge, Mar's Walk, The Tolbooth and Mercat Cross, Star Pyramid. Will post up the photos when I'm back in Cardiff ya. Be patient.!
Reached Glasgow at 7pm and met with my sis then we went to have Japanese food together. I ate chicken chili ramen and the taste is good, but it is quite expensive too. I'm seriously very tired today and may need to rest earlier tonight. Tomorrow we are heading to Edinburgh for one day trip as well. Edinburgh is the capitol of Scotland, and it is of course a lot bigger city than Stirling, so might be more tired tomorrow I guess. Hope that my journet to Edinburgh tomorrow will be fun and we enjoy it alot. Will blog again about my journey tomorrow if I'm free. =p

Glasgow.
[11042006]
7.30am took bus to London from Cardiff. As usual, sleep, listen to music and chit-chat with my darlinn in the bus. 10.30am reached London, temperature in London is not that cold yesterday, 7 degree celcius, windy too, but not as strong as the first time I went in Dec last year. But too bad, it was a rainy day. First destination in London is London Eye, but it was raining, so can't see the London's view so clearly. We were 136m above sea level to view the whole London. Went to Oxford Street to do my shopping after that, but all the shops there are branded stores, so just bought one blouse for myself from Esprit store. Nothing much happen in London, didn't take much photo too as it was raining. At night, we went to China Town to have "Chinese Eat as Much as You Can" dinner. Not very tasty. The chicken curry that we ordered is the worst. Didn't have any curry taste at all. At 11.30pm, we went to search for our bus and departed from London to Glasgow at 11.55pm. The bus is the worst bus I ever take in my life. The seating space is small and the cushion is so hard. I need to sit there for 8 hours to reach Glasgow, so uncomfortable. Can't even sit or sleep properly for the whole night. The worst worst worst thing is the bus is so warm, just too warm, like no air circulation at all. Imagine, a chocolate bar keep in my darlinns bag melted after the journey. God.!

[12042006]
Reached Glasgow at 08.15am, the weather in Glasgow is roughly the same as that in Cardiff, but slightly more windy.Went for breakfast at Burger King after met with my sister. Then went home to take shower when waiting for my sister to finish her class. Had my nap for awhile beause I was too sleepy and tired, plus the weather is just too good for sleeping =p In the afternoon, went out for lunch and visited Botanic Garden. The scenery there is breath taking. Had change to see all the colourful flower growth on the tree, this means that it is spring now and not winter anymore.!At night, we went to have a super duper triper delicious dinner in Glasgow. It is a Malaysian style restaurant. Guess what I ordered? We ordered my favourite Kangkung Belacan. It's just so tasty. It has been a long long time since I last had my Kangkung Belacan in Malaysia. Beside that, we also ordered Ikan Kembung with sambal, Sizzling Szechuan chicken and Hokkien mee. I miss the Hokkien mee in Petaling Street so much. I used to go there every week with my darlinn, when I was studying in taylor, just to eat the Hokkien mee and the Portugese style grill fish. Although the taste of the food here is not as tasty at the one in Malaysia but I have already satisfied with it, as long as it is still some Malaysian taste there. About the price, of course it is considered as very expensive but I don't care, as long as I am happy and the food taste good. If this restaurant were opened in Cardiff, I think I'll go there every week =p
Took alot of photo as well, but have no time to upload it now, will upload all those photos when I'm back in Cardiff. I'll try to make it as soon as possible ya. Will blog again about my journey to Stirling and Edinburg later on.

working's life
Ermm, I have been working in Phoenix Garden 2 Restaurant for almost 2 months. Have been through lot of problems there with the manager. This is my ever 1st job in my life, but too bad I've met with a stingy manager. I really don't understand why she works so hard for the restaurant since this is not own by her. She save so much for the restaurant, doesn't want to increase our salary either. Since the 1st day I work, she said she will increase my salary when I am familiar with the menu. She pays me £4.50 per hour now, and standard rate in UK should be £5 per hour. I'm quite familiar with the menu now, and I can do all the orders by myself, over counter's order, phone's order as well as internet's order. What else she wants me to do? I'm very sure that I'm familiar with my job, but she doesn't seem like want to increase my salary. Now she won't help me anymore in taking order from customers, no matter how busy I am, she will just let me do all the orders by myself. She is not busy either, will just sit there and do nothing. If there is a phone call, she will just pass the phone to me without helping me to take the order. Come on, I was busy taking order from the customer who comes to the counter, why she can't help me when there is phone's order while I was busy. Sometimes after my working hour (and I'm still waiting for the supper or chatting around there), if there is a phone call, she will just pass the phone for me. I can't say anything except for take over the phone and answer the call. Then I ended up OT but didn't get pay for that. She will just use all the advantages on you without paying you any extra cent or increase your paid. If I reach there abit late, then she will nagging at me, how about when I work out of my working time? Actually I am quite punctual all the time, but her clock is 5 minutes earlier, so that's not my fault, isn't it?
Last time when I started to work at there, she will ask me what would I like for the supper, but now she won't ask me anything anymore, just give me either special fried rice or chicken fried noodle, that's all. I can't even order other type of fried rice or fried noodle. What's a manager is that, expect me to eat that everytime I work? Everyweek? Now I hate fried rice and noodle so much. She is really a crazy lady. Can't stand on her behaviour anymore. When customers give us tips (I didn't receive any tips before, but this happened to Juliet), we can't take that, all the tips is automatically belongs to hers. What rules is that? We serve the customers, we have the right to receive the tips that customers gave right? But this is not applicable in Pheonix Garden 2.! When the money in the tile is less then the actual amount, even just 20p, she also wants to deduct the money from our salary. Did she ever think of the tips she got from the customers we served is even much more then the money lost? I really can't believe that she actually deduct the 20p from XXX's paid just because she said 20p is gone from the tile (Not to mention who's salary is that). Who knows is that she counted wrongly or the 20p dropped somewhere when she was counting the money. If she said a few pound gone then that's acceptable, but come on, just 20p, really don't know what to say..!
I'm not sure whether I can take leave for the whole exam period, I've told her that I will take leave during exam period but she said I still have to go back to work if I have no exam on the days after, and she even asked me to give her my exam timetable when I've got it. Damn it, I wont give her for sure..! I don't want to let her know when is my exam date, in case she wants me to go back to work for her whenever I have no exam. She's really stupid, don't she knows that during exam period, student tends to get nervous and need more time to study, even 24 hours a day is not enough for me to revise. If she going to pay me with a higher paid then may be I will still consider. Yesterday I asked Juliet to work for me as it is my darlinn's birthday, she also said that: "next time if you can't work, you have to tell me earlier, I will arrange the waiter by myself, you can't just ask Juliet to come." Since you got so many waiters around why not just give me a leave during me exam period. You can simply arrange other people by yourself, don't you? Okie, if this is what she wants, I will do that next time. I will just ask Juliet not to go to work on the day I can't work, see how's she going to find replacement for me. It sounds that I'm bad but I really can't stand on her anymore, I promise myself I will just leave this job when I get my NI number (National Insurance). I don't want to see this stingy manager anymore.
She always complaint that she is busy, but she is too selfish to hire a few more full time waiters, just hire part time waiters and keep on complaining that part time waiters work very slow, bla bla bla. Of course she doesn't want to hire full time waiter as part time waiter get lower paid than full time. She can save alot from hiring part time waiters. Huh... Speechless..!

Birthday Celebration for Darl

Last night about 1.15am, I went home from computer room to prepare a surprise birthday celebration for my darlinn. My darlinn said he wants to go back to his room to take his hp 1st before go to my room, so I just refused to follow him, I said I want to go back to my room because I was so cold. Then I started to prepare the cake. God knows what a crazy gurl I am. I forgot to take out the birthday cake from freezer before we went out in noon. So the cake was freezing when I'm back. Was thinking should I prepare the cake last night or should I wait till this morning. But I decided to do it last night. So I just defroze the cake by using microvave. Funny rite? Here came another crazy thing of mine, I forgot to prepare lighter, I bought a silver colour candle which I like it so much but I didn't get any lighter, how am I going to light up the candles then? When I was squeezing my brain to think of any way to light up the candles, my flammates came in to the kithchen, without any considering, I just borrowed a lighter from him. I light up the candle before my dear called me, then I went to open the door for him. I didn't really see how his reaction when he saw the cake, but I know at least there were still some surprise for him. He didn't know that I will actually prepare him a cake. The funniest thing is I forgot to sing him a birthday song. Just ask him to make a wish and blow off the candles, then was busy taking photo, then cut and ate the cake. Totally forgot about the birthday song, hehe. Then after an hour my darlinn remember about the birthday song and teased me for not singing him a birthday song .. :p Then I gave him the presents I prepared few days ago, I was very tired actually at that time, just asked him to open it quickly so that I can sleep earlier, haha. I'm very bad, iziz?

Went to TGI's Friday for birthday lunch. The food there is simply so tasty, I like it so much. We got 2 free cocktails from TGI's Friday because we registered for the birthday treat. I don't really know how many percent of alcohol in the cocktails but it just made us so dizzy after we drank that. No mood to go anywhere, just feel like going home to sleep. Darlinn even sleep in the computer room just now. I think I will sleep in the cinema later. We are going to watch Ice Age 2 later at 9pm. Today is the advance preview for this film. Actual release date in UK will be 7th of April. I think Malaysia has screen it since dayss ago, rite?
Ok, I will stop here 1st, no mood to continue anymore, wish to sleep now. Oh, I've left out the most important message for Juliet. Liet, thanks very very much for replacing me tonight, I will enjoy myself very much tonight but not candle light dinner, maybe just burger king, hahaha..!

Darlin's Birthday
2nd April 2006 -- Darlinn's 22nd Birthday
First of all, wanna wish my lovely darlinn a very very very happy birthday. Do enjoy urself up to the max in this special day. I promise I won't bully you for this whole day, just because this is your day, you deserve the good serving from me. I love you always.
Went to watch 'Hostel' this afternoon, and I have no comment on it, and don't want to comment on it. Wanted to know more about this movie, just watch it by yourself. I bet you'll regret after that. Super duper triper "geli", just turn your appetite bad after you've watched it. Be careful.
After movie, we went to have our dinner, in China China Restaurant, had chinese buffet. Oh ya, forgot to mention who else was there for movie and dinner, Juliet, Dan, Darlinn and me went for movie then Amy and Kelvin join us for dinner. So 6 of us went for the chinese buffet. The food is just the same as usual, nothing special although today is Saturday and we have to pay extra for the grand buffet compared to weekday.

After dinner, Kelvin, Dan, Darlinn and me decided to go to casino. The casino that I went to is very very lousy, very small and no people in there, I can say just less than 10 people were gambling. You wont have the urge to gamble when you see this situation. So I just walk around to look at those people gamble, then after 20 mins, we just went off. Too bored.
Tomorrow I don't have to work. Thanks ya Liet for vonlunteering to work, haha. Give you a kiss here, MuacksSsss .... :p
Tomorrow we will go out celebrate my darlinn birthday, of course I haven't plan where to go and how to celebrate, but will try to get some idea by tonight. Have a rough idea now, may go to TGI's Friday for lunch, Cardiff Bay for a walk, Starbuck for tea time, movie at night. Birthday cake to blow and cut either tonight or tomorrow morning. Yeah, here I am to complain about birthday cake in Cardiff. You won't find any bakery shop here which sell fresh bake cake, you can only buy a birthday cake from Tesco or Sainsburry (Hypermarket). Only those frozen cake is available at here. I've walked the whole city centre but can't see any shop that sell cake. OMG! No choice, I have to go to Mark & Spencer to get a small Raspberry Cheese Cake, it looks delicious on the picture but don't know how it taste. I just don't like the frozen cake, but that's the only cake I can get over here. I miss Secret Recipe's cheese cake so much. My darlinn will buy the cheese cake for me whenever I want last time but not now anymore. *Sob Sob*
